Payment Information
The cost for Compassion Camp 2026 is $45 for the first child and $30 for each additional child. This fee is one total for the whole week. It helps cover supplies, curriculum materials, snacks, lunch, special guest programming, and overall program expenses.
We intentionally keep costs as affordable as possible while ensuring a meaningful and high-quality experience for every camper.
To offer a streamlined access for payment, you can select from the two drop down menus below for the costs that pertain to your registration.
For example: if you have three children attending then you would select "First Child" under the "Please Select" menu,
then in the "Additional Participant(s)" drop down menu, select "2 Additional Participants".
This will create a total payment cost of $105 and allow you to enter your credit/debit card.
We highly encourage that you use a credit/debit card to pay online. However, if absolutely necessary to pay with check or another method please select "Pay Another Way" and email nroark@morristownumc.org after submitting registration. All payments must be completed by Friday March 27th.
If your family is applying for a scholarship, please indicate that on the registration form. Families requesting scholarship support will receive an email from our Family Ministry Director, Nate Roark, confirming your child’s registration and discussing any concerns or needs at that time.
We believe that even a small financial contribution encourages a sense of commitment and shared investment in the camp experience. If a scholarship is requested, families may be invited to contribute a reduced amount (such as $10 or $20) as they are able. Our goal is always partnership — never barrier — and we are committed to ensuring every child who wishes to attend is welcomed. If you are unable to contibute, simply enter $0 in the drop down menu option for scholarship.
Supporting others: Additionally, some families may be comfortable contributing extra to the program. If you are interested in making an additional donation, there is space in the "Sponsor A Camper" drop down menu for this.
Submission of this form confirms your child’s registration. Payment in full is required to reserve your spot. Because camp fees are used in advance to purchase supplies, secure materials, and support overall program planning, we are unable to offer refunds.
